The Mexican Association of Real Estate Professionals (AMPI) is the leading national organization representing real estate agents across Mexico. The organization required a comprehensive digital solution to support the growth of its members’ businesses while strengthening collaboration, professional development, and industry leadership nationwide.

The objective was to create a platform where members could build professional networks, access training programs and certifications, connect with real estate professionals from across the country, and manage property-related information within a unified ecosystem. The solution needed to serve both individual members and the organization itself, providing scalable tools to support its long-term growth.

To address these needs, a multi-platform digital solution was developed, including a mobile application, a corporate website, and an administrative dashboard. The platform enabled the management of members, real estate listings, training programs, certifications, and organizational activities through a centralized system.

The project followed a user-centered design approach, incorporating information architecture, user research, needs assessment, opportunity mapping, user flow design, prototyping, and development. The result was a robust digital ecosystem that improved member engagement, facilitated professional networking, streamlined administrative processes, and reinforced AMPI’s position as a leading force within Mexico’s real estate industry.
