Century 21 is a recognized leader in the real estate industry across the United States and Latin America. The company needed a digital solution that would help its affiliates navigate conferences and conventions more efficiently, providing easy access to venue maps, event schedules, speaker profiles, points of interest, networking tools, and social media sharing features. Additionally, the solution needed to be reusable and adaptable for future events.
Through a Design Thinking process, a mobile application was defined as the ideal solution to address these needs. My role involved designing the user interface, user experience, information architecture, and user flows to ensure a seamless and intuitive experience for attendees. The focus was on simplifying access to information, enhancing engagement, and facilitating interaction among participants throughout the event.
The result was a powerful event management tool that significantly enhanced the convention experience for Century 21 agents, improving communication, accessibility, and participation across events held throughout the country. By combining user-centered design with practical functionality, the application became a valuable asset for both attendees and organizers.
