Paid is a Silicon Valley-based company that provides debt collection and accounts receivable solutions tailored specifically for startups and fast-growing businesses. Operating in a sector that is often perceived as rigid and impersonal, the company faced the challenge of building a brand that could communicate professionalism and trust while remaining approachable, modern, and aligned with the culture of innovation that defines the startup ecosystem.
The objective of this project was to develop a globally oriented visual identity capable of resonating with diverse audiences across international markets. The brand needed to be flexible enough to function seamlessly across digital products, marketing materials, presentations, corporate communications, and physical applications, while maintaining a consistent and recognizable presence.
The result was a clean, contemporary, and highly adaptable identity system that balanced credibility with accessibility. Through thoughtful use of typography, color, and visual language, the brand successfully conveyed confidence, transparency, and efficiency—core values that are essential in the financial technology and debt recovery space.
