Tendi is a digital platform designed for shop owners and small retailers, allowing them to restock their businesses quickly and efficiently. Its value proposition is based on providing a one-stop-shop experience, offering products from multiple categories at competitive prices, along with additional solutions tailored to the retail sector.
The challenge for this project was to design the user flow for the platform’s core purchasing journey, covering the complete happy path from product selection to credit-based payment. The scope included the Home and Product Listing pages, Product Detail Page, Checkout Flow, and Success Page.
Following the Design Thinking methodology, the project focused on understanding user needs and reducing friction throughout the purchasing process. The result was a clear, intuitive, and user-friendly experience that simplified navigation, improved usability, and supported Tendi’s mission of helping small businesses manage their inventory more effectively.
